	How do you want it? You tell us and you got it! We do things a variety of different ways here at No Idea. Two of the most common are… Buffet The buffet set up allows you to choose your menu items and then come and get them. We can serve to your plates or you can serve yourself. We can hand carve you meat or pre slice it. We will arrange any number of dishes allowing a variety of hot delicious food for all of your guests.. Tables can be set to your liking. Plated The plated set up allows you to choose your entrees and then we bring them to you. Served right to your table in as many courses as you decide clear up to the dessert. Our professional staff will clear your plates as you enjoy your presentations, speeches, or whatever your event may bring. Tables are preset with water glasses, silverware, and napkins. Feel free to decorate or let us do it for you.
